Clinic profile data, pet-owner details, patient records, visit history, appointment data, invoice and payment details, portal activity, and security logs.
Clinosa supports veterinary care delivery, appointment scheduling, financial documentation, client communication, system security, and applicable legal obligations for the clinic using the workspace.
Some hosting, payment, observability, messaging, and infrastructure providers may process data outside the UK where required to provide the service. Clinosa uses contractual controls, scoped access, and encryption to reduce transfer risk.
Pet owners and clinic users may request access, correction, deletion, or portability through the portal or through the clinic acting as the data controller.
Soft-deleted operational records and privacy-request logs follow retention schedules. Clinical records remain subject to the clinic's operational and legal retention requirements.
