Do I need to replace my PMS?
No. Clinosa is the operational layer around your existing PMS. You can keep your medical record system as-is.
How long is onboarding?
Most clinics go live in 3–5 working days. We import owner contacts, set up templates, and train the team.
What about the design partner discount?
Design partner clinics use Clinosa at no charge for the duration of the programme — typically two quarters.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time. Annual contracts can be paused on Network if the practice needs it.
Where is my data hosted?
United Kingdom (London region), encrypted at rest and in transit. Data residency can be customised on Network.
What payment methods do you support?
Card and Direct Debit for monthly billing. BACS and invoice for Network plans. We don't take payment from owners directly.
